Alien Hominid Invasion

Alien Hominid Invasion is a co-op run ‘n’ gun packed with chaos, mayhem, and a whole lot of explosions. Unlock and equip an arsenal of weapons and boosts, level up, then beam down to invade Earth with up to three other friends. Abduct intel from your enemies to sabotage their plans, observe the oddities of human life, blow up bosses, and mutate into a variety of powerful Alien forms in order to take down the not-so-secret Agents that are dead set on ruining your day.

A sequel and reimagining of the cult run-and-gun classic Alien Hominid, Alien Hominid Invasion turns the tables and puts players in control of the little yellow aliens themselves as they descend on an unsuspecting world. Cast as these diminutive but destructive extraterrestrials, players tear across a side-scrolling overworld, blasting foes, leveling city blocks, and gathering loot as they carve a path of chaos through the human resistance sent to stop them. Different routes across the map lead past hazards and to hidden hideouts stocked with useful gear, letting the aliens grow steadily more powerful. Each incursion builds toward an assault on a heavily defended headquarters, where a formidable boss stands between the invaders and the spoils they seek. Playable solo or with a rowdy squad of up to four in frantic cooperative mayhem, the game revels in over-the-top, cartoonish violence as the alien hominids wage their relentless, roguelike invasion one explosive run at a time.
